1. Full day scenic tour of the Lakes. Our journey today takes us first to Grasmere, a charming village right in the heart of the Lake District National Park. We continue to Bowness-on-Windermere, a thriving holiday town situated on the shores of Lake Windermere. Our final visit for today takes us to Kendal, an historic market town, and a very popular destination for visitors. We return to our hotel via the Kirkstone Pass.
2. Full day to Borrowdale, Buttermere & Cockermouth
A slightly more relaxing day, as we travel alongside the banks of Derwent Water, through the beautiful villages of Borrowdale and Buttermere to Cockermouth. We return to our hotel along the entire length of Bassenthwaite Lake.
