Aberfoyle lies in a beautiful location at the southern edge of the West Highland fault, and is without doubt the most important gateway to the Trossachs. It is also the old stomping ground of the notorious Scottish folk hero Rob Roy McGregor, a man forced into thievery who also looked after the poor.

1. Full day to Stirling
Full day to Stirling, one of Scotland's oldest towns, and newest city. The old town is like a walk through history - the Castle and the Church of the Holy Rude, mansions, town walls, graveyards and ghosts. The city is a regional shopping paradise, where choice is the hundred stores of the Thistles Shopping Centre, or the Victorian ambience of the Crawford Arcade and Bridge of Allan.
2. Full day to Edinburgh
Full day to Edinburgh the breathtakingly beautiful capital of Scotland, offering you superb sightseeing, historic buildings to explore, quiet galleries and museums, serious shopping, and a vast choice of bistros, wine bars pubs and cafes.
3. Half day to the Trossachs and Callander
A leisurely drive through the Trossachs enables you to enjoy the beautiful scenery. We will pay a visit to the popular tourist village of Callander before returning to our hotel.
